I've always loved fashion and styling is a big part of my life.

Wrap, Romper & Summer

A few weeks ago, my friend Amy and I were sitting on the beach, fantasizing about exotic cocktails. Since it's illegal to have open containers on the beach, we thought that if we froze our cocktails in popsicle molds, we wouldn't get in trouble. We immediately decided to plan a party where we would only serve frozen adult treats. Today was the day of the long awaited "poptails" party. Amy was (as always) kind enough to host the event in her and fiance Peter's beautiful yard in Venice. The weather was in the low 70's with a perfect breeze. I wore a little vintage romper and kept warm with the awesome wrap! My husband was pretty stylish in his camo/polo attire! Check out the camo pants right now on Topman. They made a huge mistake and listed them at $4.00 instead of $40.00 ( i just bought 2 more pairs)

Overalls All Over

A little shout out to the 90's today... somewhat updated. I bought these overalls a few weeks ago and I'm a little obsessed with them... They are the perfect solution for wardrobe dilemma in the morning... you can just slip them on and go about your life... This was the perfect outfit for an appointment at Revolveclothing.com this morning.

Stars, Stripes & SkarGorn

Today I wanted to wear red lipstick because I looked pale and tired (baby not sleeping to well these days)...Red lipstick brings out the rock' n roll chick in me, so there was no other choice than to wear my SkarGron jeans to fulfill the mood.  SkarGorn literally means 'Alley of Knives' and is inspired by the raw and unspoiled Danish coastline mixed with the modern spirit of Venice Beach.... How appropriate!!!
My friend Rikke started the line a couple years ago and it has truly become one of my favorite denim lines EVER! I'm wearing Thorn in Dirty Panther, the perfect combination of slim, skinny, slouchy, somewhat crotchy, somewhat baggy... basically all the best styles mixed in one single pair of perfect jeans. I paired it with a simple striped tank, some cool ass kicks and crimson lips. The star scarf on my wrist is actually a bib for my son!  Effortless!

This is Josiah, my bear cub, my little wolf, my everything. As I was getting ready to run to the UPS store and Starbucks for my afternoon fix, I tried to put shoes on him and none of them would fit him anymore... There's a Foot Locker next to my Starbucks so I decided to go in and get my baby some cool sneakers. Josiah is obsessed with contrast so I chose these baby Nike Prestige IV Hi-Tops with black patent leather swoosh-which will also be great for his walking debut... hopefully sooner than later!!

Camo Me!

My friend Madeleine started her own line a little less than a year ago and as a post-pregnancy gift, she gave me this awesome camo shirt. It was the perfect pick for this "Grey May" morning. Knowing that it'd get warmer at some point around mid-day, I paired it with some worn-in jean shorts and my favorite boots. Madeleine's line is called Faubourg Du Temple and it has become an overnight sensation. It retails in some of the best stores such as Shopbop, Nasty Gal and Kitson and of course on their own online store. The line is fun and the prices are great...get some FDT
